They can help you to devise a plan that can work for you which may include things such as therapist, counseling services or medications if needed.
If you are underage, you can always talk with your parents or a trusted adult whether it be a family member, teacher, school counselor, or whatever adult you trust to talk to to help get you on the right track. If you're suffering from depression, the best thing to do is talk to someone about. Tell a friend, tell your family, find a therapist, but don't hide it.

Check out some things on the internet, look up pictures of the things you want, the way you want to live and set goals to get them. Even the smallest goal that you succeed will not only make you feel better about your self and your skills but will also lead up to the accomplishment of other and bigger goals.
